The goal of this blog is to keep the Wake Forest community (and others) updated with my life and lifting in Bridgewater, MA. I have grown to love the community of Wake Forest, and although it was difficult to leave, leaving as the only way I would be able to reach my full potential as an Olympic Weight Lifter.
